About 2 miles north of Taigh a' Bhraoin lies the village of Rhiroy where there are the remains of a Broch (ancient dwelling) dating back to the Bronze Age. It is situated on the hillside of the road above the Rhiroy Holiday Bungalows. Look carefully and you will see part of ancient history almost on the doorstep of your holiday home.
